What Our Warranty Covers

PhoneCare's repair warranty covers the following for the duration specified at the time of repair:

  • Defects in replacement parts installed during your repair (e.g., screen, battery, charging port)
  • Workmanship issues — any fault arising directly from the repair work performed
  • Failure of installed components under normal use conditions
  • Touch or display issues on replaced screens (where not caused by new physical damage)

What Is Not Covered

The following are excluded from our warranty:

  • New physical damage (drops, cracks, dents) occurring after repair
  • Water or liquid damage occurring after the repair
  • Damage caused by unauthorised third-party repair attempts after our service
  • Software issues unrelated to the original repair
  • Normal wear and tear (battery degradation over time, cosmetic wear)
  • Damage due to improper use, voltage surges, or accidents

Warranty Duration

Warranty duration varies by repair type and is communicated to you at the time of service. Please keep your repair receipt as proof of warranty. Contact us if you have misplaced your receipt.

How to Claim Your Warranty

Claiming warranty service at PhoneCare Korba is simple:

  • Bring your device back to our Korba store within the warranty period
  • Carry your original repair receipt or your Tracking ID
  • Describe the issue and our technicians will inspect the device
  • If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair it at no charge
