Devices not collected within 30 days of being ready for pickup may be subject to storage charges. Devices left uncollected for 90 days after notification may be disposed of. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any such action is taken.
All repairs carry a warranty as stated in our Warranty Policy. The warranty is void if the device is subsequently damaged physically, by liquid, or tampered with by a third party.
PhoneCare's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for data loss, app loss, or loss of settings during a repair. We strongly recommend backing up your device before dropping it for repair.
