Repair Services

• We provide an estimate before beginning any repair. Work will commence only upon your approval of the estimate.
• Repair prices are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed after device inspection and may vary if additional issues are found during repair.
• Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on parts availability and repair complexity.
• PhoneCare is not responsible for pre-existing faults on a device that are unrelated to the requested repair.
• We take utmost care with all devices. However, in rare cases of old or heavily damaged devices, parts may require replacement during the repair process. You will be informed before any additional work is undertaken.

Uncollected Devices

Devices not collected within 30 days of being ready for pickup may be subject to storage charges. Devices left uncollected for 90 days after notification may be disposed of. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any such action is taken.

Payments

• Payment is due upon collection of the repaired device.
• We accept cash and standard digital payment methods.
• Deposits may be required for certain repairs or parts orders.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Warranty

All repairs carry a warranty as stated in our Warranty Policy. The warranty is void if the device is subsequently damaged physically, by liquid, or tampered with by a third party.

Limitation of Liability

PhoneCare's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for data loss, app loss, or loss of settings during a repair. We strongly recommend backing up your device before dropping it for repair.

Data & Privacy

Please back up all data before repair. PhoneCare will not access personal data stored on your device beyond what is required to diagnose and resolve the reported issue. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
