We offer 100% free device diagnosis. No repair work will start without explicit customer approval of cost, parts replacement parameters, and turnaround timeline guidelines.
Payment is due upon successful repair completion and device handover. We accept cash, UPI scans (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and online secure digital tracking checks.
Devices left unclaimed in our store for more than 90 days after service completion or diagnostic feedback may be disposed of, recycled, or sold to recover spare parts costs.
We are not liable for pre-existing internal board failures, secondary display cracks, or data loss occurring during initial diagnostics. Backing up personal data prior to device drop-off is highly recommended.
